The Romanian St. Anthony Church from Vienna carries out a rich social charity activity during this winter holiday season. The Romanian community was involved, under the guidance of Father Paroh Ioan Moga, in the “shoebox” project of collecting gifts (new articles) for Christmas for the less fortunate children in the country.
The “shoebox” project, which has gradually become international, represents a volunteer attitude to bring a smile on the faces of those children who do not always have the opportunity to enjoy Christmas, as children do in general. The beneficiaries of these heartfelt gifts were the children from several regions in Arad County. The gifts were given between December 23-24, 2016.
